How booking, payment, cancellation and safety work on our treks and tours. Please read them before you confirm.

Making a booking
Send us a request through the booking form, by email or on WhatsApp. We reply with availability, the itinerary and a written quote. Your booking is confirmed when you have accepted the quote, paid any deposit it asks for, and received our written confirmation.
Prices are per person unless the quote says otherwise, and include what is listed in your quote and on the trip page under “What’s included”.
Payment
The amount of any deposit, the payment methods and the date the balance is due are stated in your quote. Please check them before you confirm.
If you cancel
Please tell us in writing, by email or WhatsApp, as early as possible. The cancellation conditions that apply to your trip, including any charges, are stated in your quote. We always try to offer new dates instead of a cancellation where possible.
If we cancel or change a trip
If we have to cancel a trip before departure, for example because of closed roads, extreme weather or official restrictions, we offer new dates or a full refund of what you have paid us. We are not responsible for flights or hotels booked separately, which is one more reason to have travel insurance.
Safety and the guide’s decision
The mountains and the desert set the rules. Your guide or driver may change the itinerary or the pace, or turn back before the summit, because of the weather, the snow, the condition of the route or the health of anyone in the group. Their decision is final. We always try to offer an alternative.
Trekkers in the Toubkal area must be accompanied by a licensed mountain guide. Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times.
Health and fitness
Each trip page describes the fitness needed. Please tell us about any medical condition that could affect you on the trip. Treks above 3,000 m involve a risk of altitude sickness; read our advice on altitude and ask your doctor if you are unsure.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance that covers trekking up to 4,200 m, mountain rescue, medical evacuation and cancellation is required on all multi-day treks and strongly recommended on every trip. Please bring the policy number and emergency phone number with you.
Our responsibility
We take care to choose reliable guides, drivers and accommodation and to run every trip safely. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by your own actions, by events outside our control, such as weather, natural events, strikes or official decisions, or by services you booked directly with third parties.
Questions and complaints
If something is not right during your trip, tell your guide or driver straight away so we can fix it. After the trip, write to contact@
